Fee:

All prices are without value added tax (VAT). VAT is 22% for participants from Czech Republic, for others are prices VAT free.

The conference fee includes:
- Proceedings and conference package
- Teas & coffees breaks
- Buffet reception after opening ceremony
- Gala dinner

Payment:

We offer three ways of the conference payment:

2. By credit card. For the payment by credit card fill the enclosed FORM A, and return
    the signed form by fax to No. +420 541 143 398. We will confirm the acceptance
    of the payment form by E-mail or by fax.
3. Cash or by credit card at the conference desk
    If you want to pay registration fee at the conference desk, please inform conference
    secretary by separate E-mail.

Please note, that authors must effect the payment before June 15, 2003. By reason of later payment the paper will not be published in Conference Proceedings, except in the case of exceptional circumstances at the discretion of ICNF 2003 Conference Chair.

Cancellations:

Cancellations of registration should be reported by a signed letter or fax to the conference organizing committee. The penalty is 40 EUR for cancellation before June 15, 2003; no conference proceedings will be distributed in this case. Cancellations after June 15 and before August 17 will be refunded with penalty 100 EUR. There will be no refunds after August 17, 2003. In case of cancellation after June 15 the conference proceedings will be sent to the participant by post .
