micro electro-mechanical systems, resonant tunnelling devices, single electron
transistors.
- Noise and fluctuations in electronic and optoelectronic devices: fundamental
aspects, electrical and light fluctuations, impact of technology, relation
with other performance parameters.
- Noise in mesoscopic devices.
- Noise and fluctuations in digital systems, linear and non-linear analogue
circuits and systems, noise filtration.
- Noise and fluctuations in biological and biomedical systems: heart, brain,
membranes, neurones.
- Phase noise: bulk and surface acoustic wave devices, electronic components
